Shipping policy

Digital Products (Embroidery Files & Courses) All embroidery designs and digital courses sold on Korizuru are digital downloads. No physical items, USBs, or CDs will be shipped to your address for these products. Upon completing your purchase, your files will be immediately available to download directly from the checkout page. You will also receive an automated email containing your download links.

Physical Products (Apparel) For our physical clothing items, orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing your tracking number when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your physical order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Mixed Orders If your order contains both digital files and physical apparel, your digital files will be delivered instantly via email and the checkout page, while your physical items will be processed and shipped according to the timeline above.
